This project involves the demolition of an existing property and the construction of a large, high-end replacement dwelling designed to maximise space, views, and modern luxury living. Demolition and Structural Works
The original building was carefully dismantled, with materials segregated on site to allow for recycling, salvage, and cost efficiency. Selected existing elements were retained to comply with planning requirements, enabling the project to be classed as an extension while allowing over 90% of the structure to be rebuilt. Extensive excavations and steel framing form the structural backbone of the new property.
